Klasarkadas Membership Agreement
1. Parties
This contract, the site owner and operator of the Y & D Ltd

3. Subject to contract:
The subject matter of this contract, the site of the services offered in this service
and benefit from the terms of the rights and obligations of the parties is determined.

YD, member information in website, member profiles and member’s self installed information

d.
Members accept, the information provided during registration procedures, member
profiles and photos of members uploaded to the site can be used for purposes of

YD can remove access of any member, if sent messages conduct contrary to the operation

the access can be removed; YD can terminate member's membership and contents of
such message without any notice.
f. Technical issues in terms of connection may occur and cause no connection to
the "websites”. The interruption caused by the technical issues for communication
and any problems in relation to failure to reach to the “websites”, "YD" cannot
be held responsible.
g.
"Members" profiles published in the website contained any image, text, photographs
and other materials cannot be disseminated in other web sites and newspapers, television,
radio, magazines, in general conventional media, without the permission of "YD".

5. Gold Membership
b.
Gold Members of this contract have all the obligations specified in Article 4.1.

d. “YD” stores the credit card information given by members,
to be used in the process of renewing their gold membership automatically, in the
data base. This data is protected using advanced encryption methods.
e. “YD” invoices every transaction from Gold Members and
this information may be sent to the members if requested by sending an e-mail to support@klasarkadas.com.
6. Other Provisions
6.1. Intellectual Property Rights
a.
All elements in relation to the websites subject to intellectual property rights
under YD’s practices (designs, texts, images, html code and other codes, including
but not limited to, and provided that) belong to YD and/or from a third party under
the licence rights used. Members cannot sell, cannot distribute, cannot display,
cannot share or otherwise any information or service provided to them by the website
of YD or cannot allow someone else to access or use permits otherwise licence, including
those of third parties, YD cannot be held responsible for any damage suffered because
of any compensation amount requested by YD, including court costs and attorney fees
will be obliged to meet. Members subject to intellectual property rights of their
work of YD’s, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise cannot make them or cannot prepare
derivative works.
b.
YD's; provided services by sites, web sites and information
subject to intellectual property rights YD studies, YD trademarks, trade dress of
the site or sites owned by means of any tangible and intellectual property rights,
including all assets, the same rights and personal commercial information and know-how
for all rights reserved.
6.2. Contract Changes
YD has sole discretion, and this contract unilaterally at any time see fit to change

cannot be changed by unilateral declaration.
6.3. Force Majeure
In all cases defined under
the legal force majeure, YD is not responsible for any of the acts

or default will not be considered for this case to claim compensation under the
sole YD and will not be addressed to YD at all.
"Force majeure" term, natural disasters,
riots, wars, strikes, communication problems, infrastructure and Internet failures,
power outages and bad weather conditions, including but not limited to, and provided
that the party's reasonable control, except the necessary care of YD, although be
interpreted and defined as not preventing events that cannot be avoided.
6.4. Law and Authority
Implementation of this Agreement, the interpretation of this contract and within
the legal relations arising in the management of United Kingdom Law exercise will
apply. Any dispute may arise from this contract or any dispute arising, British
courts are authorized for action.
6.5. Termination of the contract
This membership contract will remain in effect until
membership of member is cancelled and the provisions of and between the parties
and the results will continue to lead the members of the membership expired temporary
or permanently suspended in case will be counted as ended/terminated. YD, the member specified
in the provisions of this Agreement and to use the site within the membership and
services related to, violations of similar rules in case of a unilateral contract
may be terminated and members of the due termination YD's all damages suffered shall
be obliged to be compensated.
